Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled service or on the same day as scheduled service is considered a no-show and will result in a non-refundable charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours before service will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.
For late arrivals, services will be adjusted to fit remaining time or client may choose to reschedule, subject to a cancellation fee. No time extensions or discounts will be provided.
If the client is 15 minutes or later to scheduled service, the scheduled service will be forfeited and 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
No-shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service fee.
*COVID and other illnesses are not an exception to the cancellation policy.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
