Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any
reschedules or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Same day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of 100% of scheduled service fee.
If client is 15 minutes or later to scheduled service, the scheduled service will be forfeited and considered a no-show and 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
*COVID and other illnesses are not an exception to the cancellation policy.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
